Pork is a favorite in our house and these baked porkchops are delicious,tender and moist. Paired with cornbread dressing or any dressing you enjoy and Homemade applesauce makes them even better❤️
Recipe: (use ingredients equal to the amt. of chops you have)
1/2 to 1″ in thick Lean Pork Chops
Flour to dredge the pork
Salt and Pepper
Dredge whole chops in flour to cover and dip into beaten egg mixture then sprinkle and pat with seasoned bread crumbs. Melt butter in lg. skillet and place chops inside, brown on both sides, about 1 to 2 mins. Once chops are just browned place in prepared baking dish at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes depending on the thickness of chops. Try not to over bake, pork can be Slightly pink inside to keep from drying out. Serve immediately ontop of your favorite dressing, drizzle with some pork gravy if you prefer and have homemade or store bought applesauce as a side. Enjoy!!
