A Quick Strawberry Blueberry Cobbler

After my wonderful trip to the Strawberry fields of Clarence, shortcake desserts and strawberry Jam,the last of my strawberries went into this deliciously simple dessert. Served warm and paired with sweet vanilla ice cream….its scrumptious❤️

1 stick butter, melted

1  1/2  cups Bisquick baking mix

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups blueberries

1 cup strawberries, quartered

2 tablesp sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and melt butter in 9″square baking dish while oven is preheating. Measure milk into bowl and stir in sugar till dissolved, then add vanilla and Bisquick. Toss berries into the two tablespoons of sugar to coat. Then mix the berries carefully into the batter and pour batter over melted butter in baking dish. Bake for 45 mins till golden brown. Serve warm, top with extra berries! Enjoy🍓
