Linguine with Garlic, Mussels & Clams


This is probably at the top of my list as one of my favorite meals❤️ It’s amazingly easy & delicious plus the Seafood presentation on the table when served is gorgeous! You can make it as you go and add what you love, just make it flavorful! This is how we love it…simple and fresh!!

1 lb. homemade or store bought Linguine pasta

Both Fresh Clams and Mussels

Fresh Plum tomatoes, chopped

Lots of Garlic

1 bunch of scallions

Clam Juice

olive oil

salt & pepper

Fresh Parsley

Freshly Grated Parmesan cheese

Sauté garlic, scallions and chopped plum tomatoes in olive oil, season with salt, pepper & fresh parsley. Once all is soft, add clam juice and your seafood, cover pan and bring to a boil to allow seafood to cook and shells to open. Meanwhile cook pasta to your liking, drain (reserving some pasta water) and then toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. Place pasta in serving bowl and add pasta water alittle at a time to make creamy. Now spoon seafood mix and it’s liquid onto pasta, garnish with chopped parsley and grated cheese. Enjoy every bite!☺️
