Olive & Artichoke Bruschetta

img_3222Just a little delicious something to serve before dinner!! Serve it hot while cheese is gooey with a cocktail and good conversation❤️

1 baguette, thick sliced

1 ball of fresh mozzerella, sliced

1 lg. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

1 sm. jar roasted red peppers, drained & chopped

Kalamata & Pimento stuffed green olives, sliced

olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Chop artichokes and peppers into small chunks. Mix together with olive oil and season to taste with salt & pepper. Now take several slices of the baguette, place them on a baking pan lined with foil, top with sliced mozzarella. Put under broiler till cheese is melted and bread is warm… do not burn! Remove from oven and top each slice with the Artichoke mixture, garnish with sliced olives. Serve Hot! Enjoy❤️
