Taco Bake

img_3244img_3235img_3232An simple dinner for after the Holidays! Its full of comfort and warmth with its creamy but spicy tastes…. Happy New Year everyone!!! Starting this year simply and delicious❤

1 lb ground turkey
1 tablesp olive oil
1 can Campbell’s condensed tomato soup
1 cup chunky salsa with beans
1/2 cup milk
8 small flour tortillas, cut into 1″ cubes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Dollop of sour cream on each serving
Crumbled tortilla chips

Sauté ground turkey with oil till browned. Once browned add tomato soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 the cheese. Stir over heat till blended…then place mixture into 2qt prepared baking dish, cover and bake at 350degrees for 30/40 mins till heated all the way through and bubbly.
Remove from oven, top with the remaining cheese and let sit covered for about 5 mins. while cheese ontop softens.
Serve hot topped with a dollop of sour cream and crumbled tortilla chips❤️
