HowĀ much would you love this dish, itās easy and quick! The flavors are wonderful together and as you eat the warm tender pasta with the seafood you will thank me for sharingā„ļø Enjoy everyone!
2 pounds fresh large shrimp, peeled, deveined with tails off
1 Lemon, all its juice freshly squeezed
1/2 cup of white wine plus more if needed
6 large Garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup butter, divided
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or more, to your taste
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
8oz. of your favorite long pasta
In lg. skillet on medium heat, melt butter and combine the shrimp, lemon juice, white wine and garlic, seasoning it all with salt & pepper. SautĆ© well until the shrimp are evenly coated and have turned pink (should happen very quickly) then keep warm. While the Shrimp is cooking, add pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook as directed. Once the pasta is tender to your liking, remove it alittle at a time from the water with a pasta fork utensil and combine it immediately with the shrimp mixture, tossing as you go along. Add more wine, a little at a time if needed for moisture. Now sprinkle in most of the parsley and the red pepper flakes, toss gently! Transfer onto a serving dish, drizzle with a little olive oil and garnish with the remaining parsley, Parmesan cheese and lemon slices if desired. Mangiaš
